Enzo has started on semi solids.. nanny started him on oatmeal cereals on monday.. and today.. i fed him apples!!! hehe... well... it seemed too sour for him, but he liked it aniwayz.. :)

Wow.. juz realised that the last time i posted was LAST YEAR!!! lol... ever since i went back to sch, i've realli been swamped!!!! by pple, by work, by stress!!!! How i wish i am a SAHM!!! yurk... guess that's not gonna happen anytime soon... aniwayz.. i am still having fun with enzo in the evening, and over the weekends... even brought him for a studio shoot.... (tagged along when hubert gorgor went to shoot the mag cover.. hehe... )

Happy Birthday Auntie Mavis!!!

Wow!!! What a busy week!!! As usual, we went to visit Grandma on wed... Enzo was given an icecream for the 1st time... given.. but not fed... hehehehehe.... thurs and fri was boring for enzo... he had to stay at the nanny's cos mommy had to work... but he did enjoy his shopping trip at robinsons juz cos 嬷嬷 wanted to get something on the last day of the sale... not juz something.. she spent over 300 bucks.. v unlike the usual 嬷嬷.. hehe... muz be the magical powers of the post xmas sale... :p

we met aunti cindy, uncle james, and auntie ling yesterday... first thing uncle james said was, "he's so cute its worth the trip down" ... hmm... what did that mean?? aniwayz.. enzo got a new pair of shoes from auntie cindy and uncle james... and oh.. did i mention??? auntie cindy is 10 weeks preggie!!!!!!!! WooHoo!!!! I'm so happy.... she on the other hand, has no appetite and seems rather tired... oh well.... hope things will be better for her..... :)

then we met auntie mavis and uncle alvin, and or cos leo gor got for dinner... it's auntie mavis's BIRTHDAY!!! we went crazy taking neo prints... something enzo did for the 1st time, something daddy and mommy havent done in a looooooooooong time.. it was such fun!!! highlight of the night boi.. will upload the prints once i've got it scanned.. :)

It has been a busy and fun xmas.... though we spent xmas juz the 3 of us... xmas eve and xmas eve's eve was loud and hot!!! well.. not realli hot.. but it was loud... had a bbq gathering at Jun Yuan pri sch, and xmas party at uncle james's house on xmas eve.. its enzo's first xmas and i'm pretty sure he had fun playing with other babies, and the uncles and aunties... :) and oh... leo gor gor was there too!!!

Merry Xmas..

Brought baby Enzo to town to take photos with the xmas lights yesterday.. BUT... it was raining the whole day, we were bz planning our route juz so we can keep out of the rain... aniwayz.. had fun still.. with leo gor gor, uncle al and auntie mavis... :)

we went on a short trip out today... we brought enzo's changing mat, and a bottle of milk.. that was it.. i was pleasantly surprised at the amount of things we needed now... we used to bring so much stuff.. now... travel light!!! :)

i've been spending like nobody's biz.. bot 2 pairs of jeans, cos still cant fit into any of my old ones.. :( realli wonder how long it'll take for me to lose the remaining 22kg... sigh... but saving grace is, no one will notice me as long as i'm with enzo.. hehe...

Enzo's best friend...

Enzo had a best friend waiting for him even before he was born... His name is leo, aka leo gor gor.. Leo is around 5 months older than enzo and is also abt 5 kgs heavier.. lol.. leo gor gor is a big baby.. so big that we had to compare them when enzo was abt 3 weeks old (proof below).. leo gor gor and enzo meet almost every week... we hang out together, shop together, eat together.. cant wait for them to play together... we even have a plan.. when they are older, leo gor gor will come sleep over for a weekend, and leave his daddy and mommy alone to spend couple time together... and same goes for enzo.. hehe... wonder if i'll miss him too much then...

while mommy was burping u last night when u woke up at 3am for ur feed, which u dun realli do usually, i had a flash back of the first night we brought u home.. daddy and i were so tired and lost because we did not know what u wanted when u cried... we tried feeding u, then put u into bed, but u refused to sleep... lil did we know that at that time, u only liked sleeping in the day.. so daddy carried you since 4am and walked u ard the house, telling you every lil thing abt this home of yours.. tour de la casa.. soon, u followed daddy and i and started to zzz at night... we slowly understood ur every cry and came to sooth you when u did... i hope to be the best mommy i could ever be... thank u for giving me this chance to love u, lil enzo... muackies... and bite bite on ur chubby cheeks.. :)

Pain Pain...

Enzo took his first 5in1 jab today... He screamed once and that's it.. my brave lil boy with thick thighs.. lol... i was more apprehensive then i would be if i were the one taking the jab... dr winston was cool, he manage to feed Enzo his one mouthful ($99 for one mouthful!!) of rota virus vaccination... i tried his method out when feeding Enzo his med to prevent fever and it worked!!! WooHoo!!! and btw.. he is a whopping 7.16kg and 60cm 'long' !!

Bought a walker and a high chair abt a week ago.. put it up today and got lil Enzo to sit in it.. :) he loved it.. but shorts legs he has, he couldnt even reach the mat.. keke... here's him in the walker.. :)

I juz realised how time flies... it was juz a few days ago when i first saw enzo, first carried him, first passed his fragile body over to his dad whom at that moment, didnt know how to pick him up from the TMC's cot... and suddenly, last night, he was able to juz pick him up from my arms as though enzo was a big boi.... enzo's grown realli stiff... i never knew when that happened... but i guess soon, enzo will be sitting, crawling, standing and walking....

Enzo is refusing to drink... :( I seriously dunno what's wrong with him... he seems alright though, chatty as ever, still smiling and laffing... his baby talk is getting louder than ever... but y doesn't he wanna drink???? Something muz be wrong.... sigh..........

Brought Enzo out on Sunday to celebrate his "lao ma's" birthday... we had sooooo much food... food was great but as usual, my er gu was grumbling away... complaining that the place my dad picked was too noisy for her twin grandchild when the place she picked last year was far worst with tone death pple singing the damn karaoke the whole night long... poor dad juz sat there quietly and even paid for her meal!!


Enzo was sleeping fine.... my well behaved good boi.. :)



Enzo wore his new Ralph Lauren romper.. dun think he will fit it the next time we wanna go out... think we should bring him out on weekdays too... otherwise he has too many nice clothes that will go to waste...

Having Enzo with me makes the flowers prettier, the moon brighter, the summer cooler and even loud noise bearable... :) He makes me happy... la la la la laaaaa....

And oya!!! Enzo turns 3 months old today!!! woo hoo!!!

one of the babies in our gang fell from the sarong a coupla days back... had a huge bruise on his face... stayed a night at the hospital and was discharge the next day... he momma was traumatised, which momma wouldnt... thankfully, he's recovering well.... sigh... we muz be realli careful with our lil ones... they are realli far tooooooooo precious....

Enzo seems to have an itch on his scalp.. lol... nah.. i doubt it... but its still pretty adorable... :) he's a happy baby in the morning... :)

We, (Elaine, Jen, moi, Rainnie, May and Jamie) had our lil gathering on Wed.. venue courtesy of Jen.. (her place is big!!).. She ordered KFC for us too... but most were too engrossed with the babies to eat.. hehe...

Enzo has grown so much since the day i met him... sometimes i realli wish he would slow down so i can savour those precious moments...



he has learnt to look me in the eyes, telling me how much he loves me, how much he misses me when i pick him up... he has learnt to smile back when i smile at him, learnt to sit up straight instead of leaning on me, learnt to reply when i talk to him...... so much he has learnt...

Life has been good to me.. from the time i left this place till now when i return, I have been rewarded with lotsa kind blessings.... i had the time of my life when i got preggie, when everyone treated me like a princess, meeting Enzo for the first time was great.. although he didn't smile at me, it was love at first sight... i've met him several times in black and white, but that was the first i saw him in color... fun fun fun....

i'll continue to blog here... tell you how life's changed, share how Enzo's progressed... I love him.. i know he loves me too... :)
